Moira Neal MPA, SPA, F/PPABC, is an internationally acclaimed award winning photographer and national judge residing in Prince George, BC. She is known as much for her warm, charismatic and bubbly personality, as for her stunningly creative and cutting edge images.  Besides being a member of PPOC (Professional Photographers of Canada), she is also registered with WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers Institute), and the PPA (Professional Photographers of America).  Moira is a national judge for PPOC and PPABC (Professional Photographers of British Columbia).
